Save our Seas


Last year's class 4 told the story of how the leatherback turtles and other sea animals can be threatened by litter in the ocean.
These turtles hatch out on beaches in Trinidad, close to one of our link schools.
The beaches there are under threat from coastal erosion in a similar way to Orkney's coastsline.

This year Class 1 are going to find out how big the turtles are. Check their blog for some photos soon.
